整個NJ都在一個USCIS轄區內。

聽說如果在綠卡轉公民過程中搬家去另外一個USCIS轄區，需要請求USCIS把相關申請材料轉到新的USCIS轄區辦公室。

不知道這個轉接的過程會不會拖慢綠卡轉公民的過程？
