親愛的8老師，終於走到最後一步了。我現在正在準備材料，從網上看到一個比較全的checklist for 485, 765,131.

-Different people who have different status and apply for different category green card need to provide different materials though most documents are the saem. You should read the I-485, I-765 and I-131 Instructions to prepare the documents.

能不能請您看一下這裏還欠缺哪些東西，哪些東西不需要。

申請AP需不需要國內親戚寫信說明原因啊？

-Not need. Just say you will visit your relatives and friends in China during the I-485 pending.

 

765 和131申請都需要把出生公證，結婚公證包括在申請文檔裏麽？

-Not need such documents for I-765 and I-`131.
