我的I140 和PERM 裏工資是 $ per hour. full time, permanent position.

請問ＥＶＬ裏麵也是寫一模一樣的嗎？　

-Not necessary, and it is your current salary. But the EVL need to mention something like: "The position, terms and conditions described in the Labor Certification for the I-140 immigration visa will be still available to Mr. (or Ms.) XXX (your name) after his/her adjustment of status to the permanent resident.".

需不需要再加上一句年薪，即　wage of $ per hour, $$ per year?
