-If your I-485 has been pending >180 days and yur new job will be in the same/similar field as the old job, then it will not affect I-485.

如果沒問題的話，到新雇主那裏需要帶什麽文件可以繼續等綠卡批下來？

-Do nothing now. If USCIS send you RFE for employment status, just ask the new employer to give you an employment verification letter.
