Question: I'm applying green card for my dad but will file for my mom after three months (as she just enterred US late August). I have my mom's name listed on I-864 Part 3 as family member and checked box 2 to indicate i will file petition for her within 6 months. Should I put her name on I-130 Part D question #1?
