I-130 approal notice就是I-797 notice of action嗎？

-Right and the content of this I-797 should indicate that the I-130 was approved.

我不需要提交I-130原件嗎?

-No. USCIS just want to make sure the I-130 priority date is current (the I-130 approval notice has the priority date there).
