父母在美國時遞交綠卡申請後就回國（不等AP），相比人在中國時遞交綠卡申請，是否能快些呢？如果是，能快多久呢？謝謝！

-Probably their I-485 (green card application)  will be denied because they left US without AP. They should have got the emergency AP in the local USCIS Office before they left.
