本人持H1B，在前雇主處拿到I-140 （PD是2012年1月），去年9月更換了新雇主目前在等待新PERM（今年2月提交）。現在EB-2排期突然大倒退，我的問題是：

1.可否利用前雇主的I-140在9月1日前提交485? (前雇主和我關係不錯，同意幫我）

-Yes. but this employer needs to give you a support letter addressing that the condition, term and the postion descibed in the PERM and I-140 will still be available to you after you get the green card (i.e. he will hire you back at that time).
2. 如果可以，那最近的工作證明和工資單如何提交？

-Yes, that is some of the proof of your current valid H-1 status.
3. 如果提交後出境（需要回中國出差），可否繼續使用目前持有的H1B簽證回美？

-Yes.

下次申請新簽證是否會受影響（因為雇主更換了）？

-No.
