8老師您好，再最後review律師填的140表，有幾個地方還是不確定，請您指點，在此謝過！

 

1）Page 3, Part 4, 7

Is the petition being filed without an original PERM because the original PERM was previously submmited with another I-140?

這個應該是NO還是N/A啊？

-This is a specific question and I dont' know your case. So, you may just trust your lawyer.

 

2）Page 3, Part 4, 8

If the petition is being filed without an original PERM, are you requesting USCIS request a duplicate PERM for DOL?

這個應該是NO還是N/A啊？

-Same answer as above.

 

3) Page 4, Part 5, 3a

Occupation

如果需要，我在政府裏做analyst,這裏可以寫government employee麽？

-"Givernment employee" is not an "occupation". Occupation means what kind of job you work, such as teacher, software engineer, etc. But because this form is filed by your employer for you, leave Part 5, 3a. and 3b. blank.

 

4）3) Page 4, Part 5, 3b

Annual Income

如果需要，這個年收入是PERM上的proffered wage還是我現在實際的annual wage啊？
