我母親七十四歲，我想給他辦綠卡，打電話給醫生診所，大家所告訴的必須打的疫苗很不一樣，有的說不用打破傷風或肺炎疫苗，有的說需要打，可以告訴一下這個年齡必須打的疫苗嗎？謝謝！
