問題是，我父親因為工作的關係，調動到不同的城市，老家的派出所估計已經沒有這些記錄了，因為我祖父多已去世幾十年了。這讓人去哪開這樣的證明呢？？
-Ask the local 派出所 where your father is living or working currently. I don't think it is difficult to get such 證明 in China because many of us have done the same way without a problem.
