加拿大使館的信，請幫忙看一看

給我的信的標題是 FBI and STATE POLICE CERTIFICATE FOR VISA APPLICANT, 裏麵寫著：

Once you have the required amount of fingerprints, you can then request the police certificates from the proper authorities. You are required to provide a National FBI police clearance certificate as well as police certificates for each individual state that you and your dependents have resided in for 6 months or more. ...

我覺得這是明白無誤的要求兩份無犯罪證明，難道其他的人不是這樣要求嗎？需要說明的是我是在來美國前在北京使館遞交的移民申請，這封信也是北京使館給我寄來的，難道在中國申請和在美國申請的要求不同嗎？謝謝解答！
