我再2010年11月給父母申請美國移民，由於一些原因，父母沒有移民，2013年接到移民局通知，說是一年內要有反應，結果又忘了，今天剛收到email，如下，說是取消了移民申請，請問這對我父母7月申請來美探親簽證有影響嗎？
-Hard to say because your parents need to convince the VO that they do not have immigration intent.


信中說道，your application may be reinstated and any petition revalidated if, within one year, you can establish that your failure to pursue your immigration visa application was due to circumstance beyound your control.

是不是說，父母從此不能在申請移民？
-No. It just means the I-130 your filed before may  be void. But you can file another new I-130 for your parents if you wan to in the future.
