I485 Receive date is 04/02/2015, 昨天通知被layoff了，payroll 到7/15，現在趕緊找工作，接下來應該用EAD 還是 transfer H1b,
-If you find a job within one month, you may just do the H-1 transfer. Otherwise, you may use EAD to work. Of course, your new employer can file H-1 petition for you any time even if after you use EAD, but the H-1 approval may have no I-94, and thus you need to go to US-Canada border to get the H-1 I-94 to come back if you are Canadian citizen (if you are a Chinese citizen, then you need to go to China to get the H-1 visa).


另外485被拒的話，還能在美國工作嗎？
-Yes if you can get the H-1 status.

LD現在是TN, 明年到期，是不是她接下來不能申請TN了？
-Correct. Just use EAD or H-1 to work.
