我在為妹妹申請移民。早在2002年遞交全部申請材料後就收到I130 approved Form，一直排隊至今。最近收到USCIS的email，內容如下：

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On June 11, 2015, we approved your Form I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN。We will mail your approval notice.


For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

敬請8老師，皮老師或有經驗的朋友看看，這次的approval notice是否指排期approved.
-It is confusing on such message from USCIS because your I-130 has been approved long time ago. But it does not matter to you. Just check the Visa Bulletin to see whether your I-130 priority date is current. If it is current, then NVC will contact you soon and send you the instructions.
