-Not need any. You only need to provide the I-20 and your financial support documents (e.g. bank statement, etc.) which show you have enough money to support your study. Also, you have no problem on your current status, so it should be fine for you to get the F-1 visa in China. You may be asked during the visa interview why you plan to come back to school to study after you worked for a few years.

現在我有一封employment letter，是以原來老公司的title寫的，還有老板的簽名。信上寫我的雇傭日期到目前為止。但是如果我準備success in interest letter的話，豈不是跟我這封雇傭信矛盾了。我都不知道現在怎麽辦了。移民律師強烈建議我回國。但是文件卻不幫我準備，還說不知道，什麽都不知道。 老板和移民律師真是坑的要死了。
