1 申批時段，簽證算H4還是F1？
-During the case pending, there is not status after 21, but it is legally present and will be F-1 when the F-1 is approved.

2 如果資料有誤，或不全麵，會否直接被拒？或者至少給一次機會補充或完善？
-Then, just go to the US-Canada border to get the F-1 I-94/status. No big deal.
