8老師： 原先雇主file的EB2 I140，已經批了，但排期不到，沒有交I485。現在為新雇主工作，結果排期到了，聯係原先律師，說可以遞交I485，但是費用很高，而且後果自負。我該怎麽辦？ 非常感謝您的指導。
-You can not file I-485 using that I-140 unless your old employer (I-140 sponsor) will hire you back to work after you get the green card (you need a support letter from that employer to address it with the I-485 filing).
