主副綠卡不同時收到正常嗎？

昨天同時收到485approval notice， 今天主申請人收到卡，副的沒有。網上狀態顯示主card delivered, 副case approved. 副申請人approval notice 上寫 "prior to receiving your permanent resident card you may be required to report for biometrics processing (photo/fingerprint/signature). Please do not take any action at this time....." 這是所有副申請人的批準件上寫的嗎？謝謝！
