我朋友她在美國跟公民結婚想申請結婚綠卡同時想把中國17周歲的兒子申請過來，如果可以同時申請那麽她們應該填寫的是什麽代碼的表格。謝謝
-Her spouse can file an I-130 for her and she files I-485 at the same time to get the green card within US. Her spouse also needs to file a separate I-130 for her son to apply for the immigration visa in China.
