我的律師是說可以file，隻要職位描述不一樣，而且他挺積極的

但是我查了網上一些材料，比如下麵的murphy law,又說不行

我是擔心萬一file了另外一個PERM，DOL直接把前邊一個PERM deny了怎麽辦？
-That will absolutely happen. DOL has changed the rule for PERM filing. Based on DOL, if your employer files a new PERM for the same alien  (for you) when another PERM (also for you) is pending, DOL will only process the last one and deny another (i.e. deny the audited one in your case).

請8老師指點，該怎麽辦？
-You may just let DOL to process the audit one.
