EB1A的I-140過了，人不在美國，隻能通過consular processing辦移民簽證。

沒有美國的job offer，想用bank statement來作為不會成為public charge的問題。

加入銀行賬戶裏存了30~60萬美金，夠作為證據嗎？
-Just try and maybe it is fine if the cash deposit amount meets 5 times of  the 125% poverty line. Also write a statement addressing that you will work in your major area as indicated in the EB-1A I-140 after you enter US using the immigration visa (somewhat details about your research plan, etc.).
Here is the poverty line (I-864P), and because you use cash, it will need 5 times of the required amount:
