我是綠卡，想為在國內的配偶申請130， 他擁有10年B1B2簽證，而且已經入境出境一次，請問8老師，如果我現在為他提出申請，在等待獲批期間，還能再次入境美國嗎？
-Possible. Explain it to the IO at the port of entry if asked that he will come back to China after short visit because he will wait for a few years for the priority date to be current to apply for the immigration visa in China.
