You are going to get the visa stamp on your passport, the FP and photos are for the real green card. Make sure to make an appointment through CIS InfoPass, walk-ins are no longer allowed at CIS offices. Bring all your past I-94s, EADs, APs with you, you are asked to turn in these documents, as well as the approval notice of I-485.
