如果雇主不願意寫“full time job”"permanent position",那“continuing appointment”行不行？會被RFE嗎？
-May just say " this position has indefinite term and is renewable. The position, terms and conditions described in the Labor Certification for the I-140 immigration visa will be still available to Ms. xxx (your name) after her adjustment of status to the permanent resident."
