請教各位大俠，父母持綠卡第一次回國，有幾個問題:1. 有人說現在最多隻能回去3個月？還是可以回去半年沒有任何問題？ 2. 如果回去一年，回美國的時候隻是被加注？還是根本不可以回去一年（回去超過半年,但小於一年）. 3. 如果第一回去半年，但以後某一次回去一年內回美，會有問題？

The green card is for them to live in US permanently, not for use as the border-crossing card. They can not stay in China continuously for > one year unless they have reentry permit. They may apply for reentry permit which allows them to stay in China for > one year
