請教８老師及各位前輩：１４０(EB1-B)已經批了，４８５於去年１２底提交，H１B今年９月１日過期（已經是第二個H１B）。

１。是不是隻要１４０批了，４８５基本會批，隻是時間問題？

 ２。如果綠卡在９月１日之前沒批下來的話，怎樣在美國工作？駕照９月１日也過期 了。
-Need EAD to work and DL renew.

３。兒子今年４，５月想大學暑期實習，可以用EAD工作嗎？
-Yes, but his F-1 status will be affected (it does not matter to him due to his pending I-485, anyway).
