在A公司拿到批準的140（EB3)後跳到B公司，當時是H1B第六年，用A公司批的140延了三
年的H1B 。

現在，H1B 今年5/15到期，B公司的Perm被Audit還沒下來。我再拿A公司批的140申請延
期會有問題嗎？

另外，根據A公司的priority date 和2月份的排期, 我已經current了這對用A公司的140申請延期有影響嗎？
-Not affect the approval, but may affect the duration of the I-94, e.g. approved one year H-1 extension, not three year.
