-Yes because USCIS want to know whether you were born before or after you parents got married. Just try to see whether you can get their 婚姻公證, e.g. 派出所開證明, and then, go to 公證處 to do the 公證.

因為時間久遠，再婚後也沒有保留與生母結婚的有關文件
2。同時交生父與繼母的綠卡申請，在I485的B，生父的配偶，"applying with you?"填yes or no
-Say "No". You need to file two I-130s, respectively, for them. By the way, only if your father and your step-mother marriage occurred before you turned 18 years old, your step-mother can apply for the green card under your sponsor.
