準備了所有的表格，但是上海領使館今天休息，也隻預約到１２月３０號，上海的網上說要兩周。

小孩一月五號的機票，６號開學。著急。。。
-Talk to the VO to see whether they can process it faster. The US Consulate needs to take some time to confirm your child's US permanent resident (green card) status. Otherwise, if she can not come back in time, you may need to change the air ticket schedule and inform her school about the delay. There is not choice and the Transportation letter is the only way for her to come back.
