我的情況是綠卡己快五年，近一兩年基本在中國照顧年邁久病的母親。己住滿34個月。從13年下半年基本上半年內回美一月左右又回中國。問題是:1.遞交了N400後是否必須留在美國境內直至公民批複？
-Not need, but had better not stay outside US for > 180 days continuously.

2.可在境外讓家人遞材料N400，收到打指紋後返美。然後離美收到麵試通知後再返美呢？
-There is not limitation to file N-400 when you are physically outside US, but still you had better file it when you are in US, then you can travel and come back to do the fingerprinting and interview.

3:在居住時間上我符合條件嗎？
-If you have not stayed outside US continuously for > 18 days during the last 5 years, you will be fine; if > 180 days one year, you are not qualified for N-400 filing.
