本人是公民正在為太太申請綠卡 同時申請advance parole. My wife is out of status. 我的問題是。如果太太有advance parole 是否保證太太能順利返美?
-If her illegal stay was less than 180 days, she should be fine to use the approved AP for travel.

because she doesn't have valid visa?
