for your current situation, if I were you, i would go back to china and stay there for two years. Then I would come back to USA to do the same filed work which you claimed in your 140 petition.

this way is doable because I asked some layers about the valid time of an approved 140. the answer is there is no limitation. so you may use your 140 approval two years later.

here the key point is to do the same or similar work as your current position.
