H1B換雇主，舊雇主已經知道雇員要走的意圖，彼此很不愉快，所以雇員希望能夠盡早走人。新雇主正在著手辦理H1B tansfer。比較擔心一般要多久才能收到receipt？

最早什麽時候才能去新公司工作？
-After the new employer files the H-1 transfer (4 to 5 days after mailing out the application, not need to get the receipt).

有什麽辦法保護自己防止舊雇主惡意取消H1B?
