H1B 第六年才開始申請勞工卡，但是在第六年結束前批準了，這樣可以申請h1B延期嗎？
-If it has been one year or more since the PERM was filed, then you can extend your H-1 for one year beyond the 6 year limit. Otherwise, you may just ask your employer to file I-140 using premium processing to get it approved before your 6-year H-1 run out, then use the approved I-140 to extend your H-1 for 3 years.
