我父親一九八一年來美國時用和現在不同名字辦的社會安全號.現在人在美國打算辦移民. 因在辦簽證時嫌麻煩就沒填社安號.
現在在填I-485表時要不要填社安號? 如果不填影響辦移民嗎?
-Need to put that SSN# there. He also needs to report his old name in the G-325A "All Other Names Used" part. Provide the name change certificate (proof), if any. His old name and new/current name should be indicated in his birth certificate and passport.
