我的H1B簽證明年5月1號到期，I-140已經在2012年批準。有個新的工作機會非常感興趣，新公司也支持H-1B簽證。求教有經驗的高人指點我的時間是否還可以換工作。非常感謝！
-Yes and you can use the approved I-140 to get 3-year H-1 when your new employer files H-1 transfer, but your new employer needs to sponsor your green card (do the same paperwork all over again). The current approved I-140 can not be used for future I-485 filing.
