媽媽剛來美國看望我們，明年2月回國過年 ， 但是緑卡明年十月作廢了，該在這沒麽辦？
同時申請錄卡 延期和回美證？
--She only can file I-90 application renewal of green card in advance up to 6 months before the green card expires. She had better apply for reentry permit and if her green card expires during she is in China, she can use the reentry permit to enter US and file I-90. Her green card expiration does not affect her to file I-90 to get the replacement of green card as long as she come back to US to file I-90.
