Dear Teacher 8 and other experts,
My parents with Green Card. They want to go back China only six months, do they still need to apply for Reentry card?
-No.

if they want to stay more than six months, they must have it, correct?
-Not need if it is just occasional (not often). If they plan to stay in China for > one year, they need to apply for reentry permit.

Please help.
