Hiii,

I got my green card on August, 2010.  My dad is holding B2 visa which expires in October, 2014.  My mom had a B2 visa but she over stayed since 2003.
 
So I am wonder what documents do we need to prepare and if my dad can stay here to wait for his green card.

If so, what is the right process? Does he need to over stay?

What documents does my mom need?
