8老師，非常感謝您的答複，讓我安心很多。還有三個問題請教。他的o1 拒簽消息是上周五他在網上查到的，他至今還沒收到official denial notice. 他打算下周一回國。但是從上周五至下周一這8天是算o-1 pending 期還是 illegal stay？
-It is illegal stay, but it is in reasonable/understandable period (< one month). So, not need to report it in the DS 160 (just say: no illegal stay). Bring the last H-1 approval notice and  O-1 receipt notice for the visa interview if he does not receive the O-1 denial notice.

這樣 8 天的 illegal stay 會影響他簽h4嗎？
-No.

 另外學校律師和他說o-1 pending 期他可以工作，所以他這段時間都在上班而且拿工資。但是我最近聽說o-1 pengding 期是不能工作的。他這個算是非法工作嗎？

我們該怎麽矯正這個問題。

如果他申請h4 的話，我給他的邀請信裏需要介紹他在美的這些簽證情況嗎？
