父毋在境申請綠卡，7月初遞交，8月初已按指紋。AP等待中。打算10月中去墨西哥cruise, 這種情況有簽證問題和返美問題嗎？他們的I-94 是10中到期。萬分感激。
-Unless they got the approved AP in hand, they can not leave US. If they have AP, they can use AP to travel and return to US, no more B2 visa.
