我可以在同一家公司換工種而不用從頭來辦perm， 隻要新工作繼續sponsor我？
-Correct, but your employer has to indicate to USCIS that you will work for the PERM position (not your new postion) after you get the green card when you file I-485.

因為我的H1b已經四年多了，我擔心如果要從頭辦起，時間不夠用。
如果換公司呢？是不是新公司要從頭辦起?
