perm還沒批，可能最快也要到9，10月。 如果要換工作，職位名稱發生變化，但還留在同一家公司，需要從頭開始辦perm 嗎？
-As long as you will work for the PERM position after you get the green card, it will be fine no matter what position you work or will work before you get the green card.
