Dear 8老師，

我是H4簽證，LD是H1b，我自己開了個LLC. 現在LD公司要幫我file H4 Extension,填表時候有一個問題如下:

Have you been employeed in the U.S. since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?
-Say "No".

If no, describe how you are financially supporting yourself? 
-Supported by your spouse and your own investment.  

上一次填表寫的是 depending my spouse's income. 想請問8老師，1）這問題應該怎麽回答，是還是像上次那樣寫，還是寫我自己有LLC分紅（說passive income)？ 2

）我開LLC和分紅 是否有必要告知sponsor H1b的公司和律師
-Not need.
