請教8老師：H4 Extension填表 有關收入問題

Dear 8老師， 

我是H4簽證，LD是H1b，我自己開了個LLC. 現在LD公司要幫我file H4 Extension,填表時候有一個問題如下:  

Have you been employeed in the U.S. since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status? If no, describe how you are financially supporting yourself?  

上一次填表寫的是 depending my spouse's income.  想請問8老師，1）這問題應該怎麽回答，是還是像上次那樣寫，還是寫我自己有LLC分紅（說passive income)？  2）我開LLC和分紅 是否有必要告知sponsor H1b的公司和律師
