請問各位老師，綠卡父母辦理白皮書Reentry permit

按照地域（CA)我寄到了Phoenix, 收到email說材料accepted, routed to Nebraska Center for processing. Within 7-10 days you will recieve your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797).


請問
1) reroute to Nebraska是正常程序嗎？
2）official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) 裏就有biometric 的appointment嗎？
