拿了綠卡4年半了。請問我現在可以遞交 入籍申請表嗎？
-You only can file N-400 after you got the green card for at least 4 years and 9 months.

 另外，直接交到移民局local辦事處嗎？入籍有什麽問題怎麽找 移民官員問呢？
