confused about the instruction on I-130 and I-485

On I-130, it said:
state an item is not applicable with "N/A" if answer is none, write "none"

on I-485, it said:
if an item is not applicable or the answer is "none", leave the space blank.

Do I need to write "NONE" or leave space blank on the I-485 question C part3 regarding  Organization and memebership?
