The form requires prior appointment and #, but I can't find on the website where or how to
 

make the appointment for the travel doc application. Should I simply call for the appointment?

Also, my son does not need a passport issued by China, but the travel doc only.
 

Nor does he need any invitation letter from my relatives in China. am I correct?
 

 

If Teacher 8 or anybody else knows, your infor would be greatly appreciated! The trip is planned at the last minute.
